Isn't it about time?
If you ever feel you're just not yourself, you're in good company: so have most Canadians. We all have days when we don't feel like ourselves, when we feel some of the emotions above. Paying attention to those feelings is part of dealing with your mental health.
Sadly, some people live with those feelings all the time. Imagine having to live with shame, discrimination and lack of treatment and support... It's time for change.
Partners for Mental Health was created to see that change happens. Join us in taking the NOT MYSELF TODAY pledge.
Thanks to Participants and Organizers!
Scrabble with the Stars took place May 7th. This annual event supports Toronto's Performing Arts Lodges. PAL helps performing arts professionals with failing health to live among fellow artists while receiving the additional care they need. This year, Jeanne Beker and Barry Flatman hosted this fun event contributing to the life, health and spirit of our artistic community.
